Project Dashboard Overview

A quick tour of your project dashboard

Once you have created your first project, you can access the different aspects of your project from the Project Dashboard. Depending on your goals and the package you’ve purchased, you might only have access to one, a few, or all of the MEsuite products.

Overview

When you create and start your project, you can manage it from your Project Dashboard.

Here’s a breakdown of the elements on this page:

Project Name and Project Settings Button

If you are a Project Owner, you’ll have access to the project settings. When you click on the gear icon, your project settings modal will open. From this modal, you’ll be able to edit your project name and project settings.

You can also select the MEsuite products that your project has access to.

Lastly, you’ll be able to add/edit billing information or add/remove anyone who needs to receive a copy of the invoice at the end of every month.

Project Manager Tools (PM tools)

There are four components to the Project dashboard. Use these to manage the project and team:

• Dashboard — This is the default view; click this to return back to the main view.

• Contacts — Depending on your account role, this is where you can add or manage you or your team member's access to the project.

• Documents — The Document Manager is where you access your project’s signed releases.

• Tasks — This is where you can manage and assign tasks to team members.

Product Tabs

This is where you access MEsuite Products directly. The lock and unlock icon indicates which product you have access to. Your access depends on your account role and which product(s) you’ve subscribed to.

All Projects page

This will take you out of the project dashboard and back to your All Projects page to select a different project.

Notifications Page

On this page, you’ll be able to see any notifications on your account.

Profile Settings

This will take you to your profile settings.

Project Dashboard

This gives you a high-level overview of everything going on in your account as a quick summary. You can click on the corresponding metric to jump into that product.
