# Upcoming Mobile App Update & Temporary Workarounds

**Known Issues & Workarounds**

**Issue 1: Imported Documents Not Appearing in the Mobile App**

**Description:** Some users have reported that contracts imported into the web app do not appear in the mobile app.\
**Temporary Fix:** To ensure a contract appears in the mobile app, use the **""Create from Blank Document""** option when creating new contracts.

#### **Issue 2: Required Fields & Duplicate Fields Not Functioning Properly**<br>

**Description:** Some users have experienced issues where required fields do not validate correctly or duplicate fields do not appear as expected in the mobile app.\
**Temporary Fix:** These issues **only occur in the mobile app**. For full functionality, use the web app.

**Recommended Temporary Solution: Use the Web App**

If you encounter any issues with the mobile app, we recommend accessing the web version for a seamless experience.\
**Steps:**

1. Open **Chrome** or **Safari** on your device.
2. Visit [**app.mesuite.com**](https://app.mesuite.com).
3. Log in to your account.
4. Your contracts should function as expected.
