Known Issues & Workarounds
Issue 1: Imported Documents Not Appearing in the Mobile App
Description: Some users have reported that contracts imported into the web app do not appear in the mobile app. Temporary Fix: To ensure a contract appears in the mobile app, use the ""Create from Blank Document"" option when creating new contracts.
Issue 2: Required Fields & Duplicate Fields Not Functioning Properly
Description: Some users have experienced issues where required fields do not validate correctly or duplicate fields do not appear as expected in the mobile app. Temporary Fix: These issues only occur in the mobile app. For full functionality, use the web app.
Recommended Temporary Solution: Use the Web App
If you encounter any issues with the mobile app, we recommend accessing the web version for a seamless experience. Steps:
Open Chrome or Safari on your device.
Visit app.mesuite.com.
Log in to your account.
Your contracts should function as expected.
