# How- to Archive Templates 🗂️

As you know, all SignME subscriptions come with a usage limit. That's why it’s essential to understand how to archive your templates to stay within your limit or consider upgrading your account. #### How to Archive a Template:

1. **1. Go to the SignME Tab**\
   \&#xNAN;**→**&#x4E;avigate to the **SignME** tab to view all your created templates.
2. **Select the Template**\
   \&#xNAN;**→**&#x49;f you notice you're nearing your limit or just want to tidy up your list, find the template you wish to archive.
3. **Step 3: Click the Gear Icon ⚙️**\
   \&#xNAN;**→**&#x4E;ext to the template, click on the **gear icon**.
4. **Step 4: Choose Archive**\
   \&#xNAN;**→**&#x46;rom the dropdown menu, select **Archive**.

1. **Step 5: Confirm Your Action**\
   \&#xNAN;**→**&#x41; pop-up will appear asking if you’re sure you want to archive the template. Click **OK**! ✅

#### **What Happens Next?**

* Once archived, the template will disappear from your list, freeing up space for you to create something new. 🌟
* You can find all your archived templates in the same SignME tab, under the **Archived** section located in the middle bar. 📁

#### **How to Unarchive Templates:**

**Step 1: Go to the Archived Section**

* Navigate to the **Archived** section in the SignME tab.

**Step 2: Select the Templates**

* Choose the template or templates you wish to unarchive.

**Step 3: Click Unarchive**

* Click on the **Unarchive** button. This will automatically restore the selected templates back to the **All Templates** folder. 🔄
