Access Your SignME Template
Navigate to SignME in the side menu bar, and look for the contract template you want to send out. Click the Forward arrow to open the email modal.
Filling Out The Modal
You will need two things before you can send this template: at least one recipient email and a subject line.
Entering Email Addresses
Type an email address, then press Enter (PC) or Return (Mac) to attach that address. Attached addresses appear in a gray bubble.
Example: John's email is entered (gray bubble); Tom's is not.
Add any subject line you'd like. We recommend mentioning your production company or the show name for context (e.g., "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives - Location Release Contract").
Edit the body copy if desired. A standardized message is provided by default; personalize it if you prefer.
Hit Send βοΈ
After reviewing the recipients, subject, and body, click the Send button.
Checking Email Status
After sending, check status via the Email Document tab in the right sidebar. If the tab isn't visible, open the three dots at the bottom (Others) and click the Pin icon to add it to the sidebar.

Clearing The List
Signed items are routed to the Signed Document folder. Clearing the list does NOT delete signed documents β they remain in the Signed Document folder.
To clear your list:
Select Manage > Clear, or
Select multiple documents and click the clear button at the top of the page.
