* Generic Fee Material Release
* Generic Location Agreement (Standard)
* Generic Materials Release
* Logo Release

And we'll be adding more over time! 🌟

**Why will this save you time?** ⏰ Each of these templates comes with **pre-filled signer blocks**, so you only need to adjust the contract details.

#### **Step 2: Choose Your Template**

Once you've selected the template you need, click **Next** to move on to Step 2: the **Contract Builder**. 🛠️

#### **Step 3: Customize Your Contract**

In the **Contract Builder**, you'll see that the contract is already set up with the signer blocks included. 📝 All you need to do now is adjust the blocks to fit your needs. Follow these tips to make sure your contract is just right:

1. **Read the Contract Carefully:** 📖 Remember, these are generic templates. Depending on your needs, you may want to add or remove sections. Each template includes **bolded** text to guide you on where to edit the contract to fit your brand or requirements.
2. **Edit Your Signer Blocks:** ✏️ The signer blocks in these templates are pre-defined, but you can edit them as needed. Click on the signer block to change its field and specify whether it should be optional or required, as shown in the image.
