Once you’ve logged into your account on app.mesuite.com, click on SignME in your list of premium products.
From the SignME Template Page, click the purple “+” button to add a new release template.

You’ll be taken to the Custom Contract Builder page.

Add your document’s name and select the type of document you’re uploading.

Select whether this document has a fee or not.

This step is optional. If you already know how you will organize signed contracts, create a pre-tagged document with a Smart Folder Tag.
Example: duplicate your Master Appearance Release document, rename it (e.g., "Appearance Release - Applebee’s Scene"), type the Smart Folder Tag, then press ENTER to attach it (it appears as a gray button).

Note: If you do not press ENTER and see the tag in your display dialog, the document is NOT connected to a smart tag and will not auto-sort.
Tip: If organizing by shoot day, you can add a code like #### as a Smart Tag, then change the #### name in Document Manager to auto-sort for that production day.

Once you’ve finished adding your basic release information, click Next at the bottom right to move to the contract builder.
This section is where you paste the release provided by your legal team into the window.

Recommendation: get the document in a Word file. If you received a PDF, open it in Word to preserve formatting. Copy-pasting directly from a PDF often introduces formatting errors.
Select all legal language and copy/paste it into the contract builder window.
After adding legal language, navigate to the appropriate spots and select the corresponding field from the sidebar.

Use the required field toggle to mark fields as mandatory or optional.

Required fields are highlighted in red.

You can delete underscored placeholders and add signer fields instead. Example: replace the underscore line for "Owner" with a signer block for "Owner Name".

To require a photo or selfie attached to the contract, add an Image field and set whether it’s required.

If you have a guardian clause, add guardian information, but do NOT make it mandatory unless the contract is for minors only.

When done adding all signer fields, click Next.
Preview how the contract will look to the signer.

If everything looks correct, click Next.
Select your submission options.

New SignME options include allowing a signer to send a signed copy to themselves, or requiring the signer to confirm that information is correct.
Note: Confer with your legal team about allowing signers to send copies to themselves, as some document types have legal requirements.
After loading your account with document templates, you’ll need to get those documents signed. Follow this guide on how to deploy your documents for signature: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1T8jDoD2qxPS0afx9ZtKJwYiEOChdbOhl/view
Once your document has been created successfully, you can deploy it using SignME.
